The perfect Wisconsin Supper Club Meal

If I were going to assemble my perfect Wisconsin Supper Club meal, my meal would start with the Lobster Soup at Wilmot Stage Stop in Wilmot. The Lobster Soup is something I dream about. I should have taken a photo of the sky to the east when we arrived as there was a serious storm headed our way, and it was ugly. It was very interesting to me that at one point during our meal the tornado siren was going off, and the dining room was pretty busy. I looked around and literally nobody even flinched. They just kept on enjoying their meals. Usually The Other Chaser gets anxious during storms, but she was quick to say that there’s been plenty of serious storms that have gone through here in the last one hundred seventy eight years, if I did the math correct . She really said a long time because she’s terrible at math, but either way, she just kept eating like it was just drizzling outside. So maybe everyone felt like The Other Chaser, or like me knowing that I needed to continue eating my fabulous meal if I were going to finish it, especially if it were going to be my last meal. The Chef asked me if I chose the same chicken for my main course as I’ve eaten so many times lately. He was the one who turned me onto the chicken as he said that he sometimes makes it for himself. I do love the chicken. I always add a lobster tail and so does The Other Chaser and usually for me. She tasted one bite of the lobster this time, but normally she just gives me the whole thing. Her filet was very tasty too. I still have some of the chicken and filet which sound like the perfect breakfast to me. I want to recommend the Coco-Tini for dessert when you go as I really enjoyed it just as the storm was ending.
